2023 Naples Centennial Regatta

Boat of the Year Event

 

We are pleased to partner with the City of Naples for their Centennial celebration.  The events of the Regatta are carefully planned around the Centennial's events.  Our Skippers and Crew party is strategically located within walking distance of Cambier Park where you can watch the Ben Allen band play for your evening entertainment.  In lieu of a Saturday evening party, there are fireworks off the Naples Pier where you can watch from the beach or better yet, plan to anchor out and watch from your boat!  

Together the City of Naples and Gulf Coast Sailing Club are planning a once in a lifetime event!

All boats are required to have a current PHRF rating from West Florida PHRF in order to be scored in our BOTY series.

***** IMPORTANT *****

You must register on Yacht Scoring for the Sunday awards party at Mr. Tequilia!  We need to get a count to them for the buffet 48 hours in advance.

You can still order your Naples Centennial Regatta shirts!  If you order anytime up to the day of the regatta, the shirts will be available within about 2 weeks afterwards.  Those of you who ordered already will have them at the event.

To buy your Sunday event tickets or shirts, go to Yacht Scoring and look for Event Purchases on the right hand side, second from top.

Buoy races off the SW area of Naples Pier on the Gulf of Mexico

First warning at 0955 hrs.
Landside Regatta watch party on the beach south of the Naples Pier.  Watch for details.

Sunset off Naples Pier – Plan to view from the beach or your boat!

 

12-03-2023 Sunday – Race Day 2

Cruiser friendly pursuit race near Naples Pier

PHRF Rating not required (those boats won’t be scored)

Registration and Event Information

  • Race entry fee is $85 per boat.
  • Sunday awards banquet tickets are $25 per person.
  • Regatta event polo shirts are $35 each and can be ordered in S, M, L, XL, 2XL.  
  • Dockage is available at:

    • Naples Sailing and Yacht Club
    • Naples Boat Club

All the landside events are open to EVERYONE.  Invite your family and friends and join for a great weekend of sailing, music, fireworks and food!
